Postage & Packaging

All UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail, there is a flat rate charge of £3.50 per order regardless of size.

We aim to have orders packaged and dispatched the day after they are received. we are a small business with only 2 of us, there are occasions when we have shows, events etc that mean there may be a delay in posting your order (this does not happen often), when this happens we will let you know.

Daisy & Grace covers all taxes, custom fees and applicable duties including EU VAT. This means the price you pay at checkout is the price you will pay for your products.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail with duties paid.

Your order value excluding VAT and Postage must be under €150

Postage is fixed at £9.95 and your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Parcel

We are shipping to the United States. Custom duties will be collected and paid by our Shipping company Royal Mail. The price you see on the Website is the price you will pay as the customs duties are included.

You orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked Parcel postage there will be no additional charges on delivery.

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail - International Standard

Orders normally take about 2 weeks to arrive but can sometimes take longer. The postal services in the destination countries seem to be very good as all orders arrive at their destination.
